These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and gopaldo ("we," "us," "the Platform," "gopaldo") governing your access to and use of the gopaldo online gaming platform accessible at gopaldo.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By registering a gopaldo account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity on gopaldo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the gopaldo Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gopaldo platform and any associated Services. Continued use of gopaldo constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time.

To be eligible to register and maintain a gopaldo account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of gopaldo or its service providers;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the gopaldo platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering on behalf of a third party;
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical mechanism to mask your true geographical location.

gopaldo reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including valid government-issued identification establishing date of birth and identity — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by gopaldo will result in account suspension pending review.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) gopaldo account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of all balances including winnings, and potential reporting to relevant regulatory authorities.

When registering a gopaldo account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gopaldo login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. gopaldo accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your gopaldo account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify gopaldo support immediately through the official live chat channel.

gopaldo applies mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to all registered accounts. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any stage of account activity at gopaldo's reasonable discretion.

Verification documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's license, UMID card, SSS/GSIS ID, voter's ID);
• Proof of Age: Any government-issued document confirming date of birth establishing that you are at least 21 years of age;
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or verification of the GCash, PayMaya, or bank account used for deposits, confirming ownership;
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official document confirming your registered residential address (dated within 90 days);
• Source of Funds: Where applicable under enhanced due diligence requirements, documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds used for gaming activity.

gopaldo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, Mastercard, and 7-Eleven (OTC), as well as other payment methods listed on the platform from time to time. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

The minimum deposit at gopaldo is ₱100, subject to individual payment method minimums which may vary. There is no maximum deposit limit under these Terms; however, enhanced due diligence may be applied to accounts exhibiting high-value deposit activity.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• gopaldo does not charge processing fees on standard deposit methods. Any fees imposed by the payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• gopaldo reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to the originating payment method where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Once funds are credited to your gopaldo wallet, they are available for immediate use across all game categories subject to applicable game-specific minimum bet requirements.
• Depositing for the sole purpose of withdrawing without genuine gaming activity constitutes abuse and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests at gopaldo are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals cannot be directed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount at gopaldo is ₱200. Processing timelines are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Same-day processing for fully verified accounts, typically within 2–4 hours during business hours;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank (InstaPay): Within 24 hours for verified accounts;
• Other bank transfers (PESONet): 1–3 business days;
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days subject to card issuer processing times.

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. gopaldo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where enhanced due diligence is required. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.

gopaldo offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all gopaldo bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly provide otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement is stated in each promotion's terms and is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total qualifying wagers).
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution schedule is listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated Wagering Requirements expire within the period specified in each promotion, typically 7–30 days from issuance. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible accounts in good standing. gopaldo reserves the right to decline a bonus claim or withdraw an issued bonus where the account is found to be in breach of these Terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion's terms.
• Abuse: Low-risk wagering strategies (e.g., hedging bets across outcomes to artificially satisfy Wagering Requirements) constitute bonus abuse. gopaldo reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void associated winnings where such patterns are detected.

All games available on the gopaldo platform — including live dealer games, slot machines, table games, bingo, and sports betting — are operated under the rules set by the respective licensed game providers. These rules are accessible within each game interface and form part of the terms governing each specific game.

gopaldo does not modify game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) from the certified developer specifications. All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. No game outcome at gopaldo is manipulated by the platform or any affiliated party.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and all wagers placed in that round returned to the Player's wallet at gopaldo's discretion;
• gopaldo reserves the right to void wagers and withhold or reverse winnings where there is reasonable evidence of exploitation of software errors, technical faults, or game glitches;
• Live sports betting markets are subject to settlement based on official results from recognised governing bodies. In disputed cases, the ruling of the relevant body is final;
• Bingo games are subject to separate room-specific rules displayed prior to ticket purchase.

gopaldo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that enable Players to manage their gaming activity effectively. The following responsible gaming features are available to all gopaldo account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation;
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session reminders and hard time limits to manage time spent on the platform;
• Reality Checks: Regular notifications of session duration and cumulative wagering activity are available;
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 months, during which access to the gopaldo account and all Services will be suspended;
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent closure of their gopaldo account. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed.

During any active self-exclusion period, gopaldo will not send promotional communications to the excluded Player. It is the Player's responsibility to cease accessing their account during a self-exclusion period. gopaldo accepts no liability for losses sustained where a Player circumvents self-exclusion controls.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gopaldo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are registered as a self-excluded Player;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, money laundering, or any activity designed to defraud gopaldo or other Players;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software that interacts with the platform without human input;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after gaming activity has occurred;
• Engaging in bonus abuse through coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage, or other manipulative strategies;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using gopaldo for money laundering purposes.

gopaldo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to restrict account access;
• Voluntary account closure requested by the Player.

Upon permanent account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms, all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money Balance held in the account at the time of closure for non-breach reasons will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, subject to applicable processing timelines.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their gopaldo account may do so by contacting the 24/7 support team via the official live chat channel. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

All content on the gopaldo platform — including but not limited to the gopaldo name, logo, trademarks, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of gopaldo or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gopaldo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of gopaldo.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gopaldo's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player to their gopaldo account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gopaldo shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform;
• Technical failures, internet outages, server downtime, or other technical interruptions beyond gopaldo's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials;
• Errors in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions that have been subsequently voided and refunded;
• Losses incurred where a Player continues gaming activity during a self-exclusion period by circumventing platform controls.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes gopaldo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine consumer protection law.

gopaldo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the gopaldo Privacy Policy as published at gopaldo.vip/privacy-policy.

The personal data you provide during registration, KYC verification, and account activity is used for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and (where consent is given) marketing communications. gopaldo does not sell your personal data to third parties.

gopaldo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via platform notification, email, or SMS to the contact details held on account, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.

Continued use of the gopaldo platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gopaldo platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact gopaldo's support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. gopaldo will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 15 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted through the official support channel.
